the wedding

overweight busty women
decked in jewellery
loud makeup

venue with coloured lights
pink flowers and golden drapes
glitterring decor

groom on a decorated horse
garlands of hundred rupee notes
loud music and dancing

delicious varieties of mouthwatering dishes
starters and drinks in the banquet hall
people stuffing themselves

sometimes i am so glad
i have no money for all this
i have no society to please and
no wedding to invite you to.

Yeah! Fancy stuff, glitter, glitter, fancy, fancy - I loathe it sometimes babe.

But, if I ever get married - you just *have* to come to my wedding! :-). And, I'll take you along on my honeymoon too *heh-heh*

weddings are fun, as long as you're the far-off relation who's important enough to be invited for everything, but not so important that you have to do any work
